World Environment Day was celebrated at NTPC Ramagundam and Telangana on 5th June, 2024. 

The celebrations commenced with the administration of Environment Day Pledge and Message by Director operations was delivered by Shri Kedar Ranjan Pandu, Executive Director (R&T).

Speaking on the occasion Shri Kedar Ranjan Pandu emphasized on the importance of Water conservation and tree Plantation to save our environment. 

Further a Prabhat-Pheri from Main Shopping Complex to D7 Block was organised. 

A mass tree plantation was done by the ED (R&T), all GMs, HODs, other employees and the residents of the Township.
